As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link. If you made an account, you can also find it under your orders.
If something's off
My order is taking longer than expected.
Once a parcel leaves us it's in the carrier's hands, and occasionally they run slow. If your tracking hasn't moved in a few days or the estimate has passed, reach out — we'll chase it with you.
It arrived damaged.
We're sorry — that's not the unboxing we want for you. Send us a photo right away and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund, no fuss.
